Point of contact under the Digital Services Act
For the authorities of the Member States, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, DSA) as well as for recipients of our service (Art. 12 DSA), the single point of contact can be reached electronically at support@flavoso.com. Communication is possible in German and in English. No legal representative in the Union under Art. 13 DSA has to be designated, because we are established in Germany.
Reporting illegal content
Flavoso provides food businesses with their own ordering page. The content of those pages (menu, texts, images) comes from the respective business and not from us; we store it on their behalf. If you find illegal content there, report it under Art. 16 DSA, without any particular form, to support@flavoso.com. So that we can decide quickly, a report should contain:
- the exact address (URL) of the page or content complained about
- an explanation of why the content is said to be illegal
- the name and email address of the reporting person or entity, unless the report concerns an offence against sexual self-determination
- a statement that the information is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge
We confirm receipt without delay, decide in a timely, diligent and non-arbitrary manner, and inform the reporting party of our decision. If content is removed or restricted, the business concerned receives a statement of reasons under Art. 17 DSA. We do not use automated means for this decision.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act). Our offer is addressed exclusively to businesses in any case. The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was repealed by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 and shut down on 20 July 2025; a link to it is therefore omitted entirely.
Accessibility
We are a micro-enterprise within the meaning of § 3 no. 30 of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (fewer than ten employees and no more than two million euro annual turnover). For services, micro-enterprises are exempt from the requirements of the act (§ 1(3) no. 4 BFSG, Art. 4(5) of Directive (EU) 2019/882). We nevertheless build our interfaces towards EN 301 549 and WCAG 2.1 level AA: keyboard operation, contrast, labelled form fields and a light and dark mode are standard. If you run into a barrier, write to support@flavoso.com and we will fix it.
For businesses using Flavoso, the act may apply in its own right. Anyone who is not a micro-enterprise themselves and serves consumers online should check the requirements for their own offering.
Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under general law. For third-party content we store on behalf of a business, Art. 6 DSA applies: we are not liable for it as long as we have no knowledge of illegal activity, and we act expeditiously once we obtain such knowledge. There is no general obligation under Art. 8 DSA to monitor stored information or actively to seek facts indicating illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.
Liability for links
Our offer may contain links to external third-party websites whose content we do not control. We therefore accept no liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
Copyright
Content created by the site operator on these pages is subject to German copyright law. Third-party contributions are marked as such. Reproduction, processing, distribution and any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright require the written consent of the respective author or creator.
